It gives me immense pleasure to share the journey and commitment of Daang Vikas Sansthan (DVS), Karauli — a registered society under the Rajasthan Society Act, 1958. Since our inception in 2003, we have been actively engaged in addressing the core issues of poverty and social inequality in the eastern districts of Rajasthan, including Karauli, Dholpur, Dausa, Alwar, and Bharatpur.
DVS was founded with a vision to support the most marginalized communities, especially the poorest of the poor in the Karauli block. Through our flagship initiative, the Family Livelihood Resource Centre (FLRC), we strive to create sustainable livelihood opportunities and promote inclusive development at the grassroots level.
Our work spans across multiple domains:
- Livelihood promotion
- Women empowerment
- Strengthening mine workers’ institutions
- Entitlement facilitation
- Health and nutrition
- Water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH)
- Quality education
- Labour welfare
- Water and land management
- Financial and digital literacy
As we continue this journey, we remain deeply committed to participatory development, equity, and dignity for all. We sincerely thank our partners, community members, and stakeholders who have supported and believed in our mission.
With warm regards,
